Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

*Due to the unpredictable nature of working with insurance companies, we do not accept insurance so there are no surprise costs for you.

We can provide the required documentation if you would like to submit to your insurance to determine if you are eligible for reimbursement. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about their out-of-network benefits.
